Parul Agarwal is the guiding force behind Svatma, a space born from her heart and personal journey. As a mother of two and a former corporate professional, she understands the challenges of juggling life’s demands while searching for peace and well-being. Her own struggles with health and stress led her to yoga—a practice that not only healed her but became her anchor of strength and clarity.

With over six years of experience, she holds international certifications and specializes in prenatal, postnatal, and oncology yoga, empowering individuals through life’s most delicate and demanding phases. Her certification in yoga for oncology from the UK marks her as a pioneer, reflecting her commitment to using yoga as a tool for healing and recovery for ones in demanding phase of life .
